Firstly, we at BuckYou think brexit is stupid: sadly, others didn’t and as a result, customers ordering from the EU are likely to have additional charges added to their purchases. We have no control over this. Please be aware that any extra charges are the responsibility of the customer, and if you refuse charges and return the item to us, the refund will be minus any fees this incurs.
Here is a link to an import calculator which might help give an idea of the costs, it does not account for any additional fees the courier may add to handle the additional paperwork although I believe that is currently about £11, hopefully that will lessen over time.
Payment can be made in full via paypal with credit or debit cards, no account with paypal is needed and it is 100% secure.
We now also have the option for customers to buy now pay later interest free using clearpay. You can find out more about that here
How quickly are items shipped?
(please be aware that pretty much everything is affected by the pandemic!)
All items listed as IN STOCK will ship within 1 working day using either royal mail, parcelforce or similar in the UK, both take 2-3 days usually.
Non BuckYou brand items may sometimes need to be ordered in so can take 1-3 days longer.
T-shirts and hoodies are made to order and dispatched directly by a 3rd party printer so can take a little longer.
Overseas order go by royal mail for smaller items (7-14 days) and Fedex (roughly 7 days) for bareback pads, all items are fully tracked.
(We are high up in the northern pennines so sometimes our deliveries can be slowed by snow!)

Shipping costs CAN be combined, if you order multiple items, the shipping will be combined and you will be refunded the extra costs. Please contact me in advance if you wish to know a total for combined shipping.
If you need you item faster, please contact me as this can be arranged at cost.
Pre-order items will ship when they are ready, as described on the listing. If there are delays for any reason (pandemic, i’m looking at you…) you will be notified and given the option to cancel if you choose.
Returns and exchanges:
Bridle returns are subject to a restocking fee of £5, subtracted from your refund.
Hoof Boots: If you buy the wrong size, please ensure the item is NEW AND UNUSED in undamaged packaging before returning to exchange. Returns are subject to a £10 restocking fee.
Please note for goods that have been used or where labels have been torn, tags (if applicable) have been removed at no fault to us so overall the value of the goods have been diminished. We will be within our rights to refuse the returned goods and they will be sent back to the customer at their own expense or an additional re-stocking fee will be charged up to the value to rectify the damage.
Due to health and safety issues we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Helmets & body protectors
Damage by horse is not covered for any item.
